- Pat
Mulieri, Pasco County Commissioner (PCC) visited Northwood
to discuss the Road extension, and height variance
allow 4-story apt. building on June 19th 6PM at Pool.

- We had
a great turn out at very short notice, and residents
were able to ask questions, and hear about plans for
Northwood and the area.

- Pat
did a great job in reassuring residents, that the BOCC
would work with Northwood on safety and other concerns.
Pat will be getting back to us with answers to several
questions she took back with her.

Northwood
Community Council was started by a group of homeowners in
1997 with concerns about how the builder had setup and
ran this community. HOA Elections are
held every year, and CDD elections every four years
providing an opportunity for anyone interested to be involved in setting
Northwood's direction. This website setup to
foster communication continues its legacy to make Northwood a
wonderful Home for us all. We invite you to become a part of
myNorthwood Groups.
Running a community
is never an easy task. It takes many homeowner volunteers getting involved to
arrive at a point where the community "works". We encourage you to take advantage of
this website's availability, and to get involved so that we can create a
community that is fun and exciting and one that we can feel proud to
call our own.
You can help by spreading
the word to your neighbors, to continue using myNORTHWOOD.com as a medium to
communicate concerns.
