The HOA is responsible for enforcing deed restrictions, and resolving  issues related to Home Owners Properties.

The HOA is not responsible for common Areas, which is the CDD's responsibility. Please read the frequently asked questions for more info.

The HOA Board meets monthly to review the work being performed by the Property manager who is hired to enforce the deed restrictions.

NW HOA MEETING MINUTES

HOA Board of Director meetings are held 6:30PM on the First Thursday of every Month at Publix meeting room @ SR56  & BBD.

Meetings may be re-scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances. To verify location and date please call the Property manager or read the message board
