February 20th, 2003   MINUTES OF MEETING NORTHWOOD HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION The Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Northwood Home Owners Association was held February 20th, 2003 at 7:30pm at the residence located at 27212 Seabreeze Way, Wesley Chapel, Florida. Present and constituting a quorum were Jacquie Brethen, President Eric DaGama, Secretary Tony Parlatore, Director At Large Also present were Jason Nuzzo, Property Manager ( UPI ) Sherrie Beury, Resident   FIRST ORDER OF BUSINESS Roll Call Jacquie Brethen called the meeting to order, and called the roll   SECOND ORDER OF BUSINESS Storage Jason Nuzzo had gathered quotes from storage places around the area which he shared with us. Tony. It was decided that we would get more information and make a decision at a future meeting   THIRD ORDER OF BUSINESS Website Jason Nuzzo notified the board that he had written an email to the CDD manager, Mr Daguirda about getting the website sign back on the notice board. Mr Daguirda stated he would do it that week after conferring with Ms Valenti.  He was called a few days later saying the sign was on the notice board.   FOURTH ORDER OF BUSINESS Mediation Mr Nuzzo stated he has a couple of neighbours in Northwood that had several issues with each other, and wanted to know if the HOA board would like to listen to both sides and mediate their disputes. Mr Parlatore stated that it was the neighbours should be capable of working this out and the board need not be involved. Ms Brethen agreed that they should sit down together and working out their differences as good neighbours Mr DaGama agreed and called for a vote to have Jason write them a letter notifying them to work it out amongst themselves or take it to a civil court.   FIFTH  ORDER OF BUSINESS On motion by Ms Brethen, seconded by Mr Parlatore with all in favor, the meeting was adjourned at 9:00pm
